In 1962 Mr. James Bratton began contracting Masonry work as Wilkinson & Bratton, Prt. In 1964 he contracted masonry work as James A. Bratton, a sole proprietorship. In 1972 he incorporated as Bratton Masonry, Inc. Mr. Bratton has subsequently added Brussa Masonry, Inc., Bratton Construction and Bratton Real Estate of which he is the President and own 100% of stock.
Mr. Bratton has been jointly responsible for managing the daily activities of the Bratton Corporation for over 35 years. His duties include overseeing the estimating department, financial management and contract negotiations.
